JOB DESCRIPTION
- Assist in event execution and coordinate activities in camp day
- Working closely with suppliers/ agencies to execute events activities
- Manage on site events activities
- Related paperwork and support duties
- Research and manage data of guest list
- Assist duties about external event assigned by Event Team Leader
REQUIREMENTS
- Universities students, have experiences in organizing events is a plus
- Can be able to work under high pressure, quick response
meticulous, resourceful and good organization skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks
- Strong communication skills and computer skills.
- Ability to work full-time (40hours/week) from Monday to Friday and booth on weekend in 1 month (from 17/7/2017 to 11/8/2017;
